We are an agency concerned with or about the plurality of space, shifting hierarchies and mentorship as a distributed model of education. We are public, we are flexible, we are an ecosystem of safety, growth, protection, strength. We see documentation as opportunity for the “anti-shiny object”. We define the fundamentals as find and seek, focused on finding space that validates our/yours/their perspectives, is a space full of nutrients. Navigation and agency equal productive process, a kind of labor. We are an institution that is structurally and hierarchically unstable, consistently unstable, inconsistently complete.
