+As an editor you read, edit and create articles and use the embedded [[http://etherpad.org/|note pad]], a real-time collaborative editing tool that comes with every article. The combination of wiki articles and note pads offers an infrastructure to collaborate on writing syllabi, resource lists, manifestos, curricula, etc. The note pads can be used to draft, brainstorm and set agendas. The wiki articles offer a more elaborate form of editing, and can be used to finalize and structure text as well as add media such as images and videos.

+To create a wiki article you can either type the desired title for your article in the search window. You will get notified that the article does not exist yet. You can then hit "Create page" in the top menu and start editing!
+Wiki uses it's own syntax, the wiki mark-up, which is comparable to mark-down, but slightly different. You can make use of the tool bar on the top of each article to mark-up your texts or use this style guide that lists the Wiki [[wiki:syntax|Syntax]].
